0201 - Expended address tracking to prevent reuse after pre-image disclosure

Summary: A replay-prevention mechanism where blockchain nodes or a smart contract maintains a set or mapping of revealed/expended addresses or outputs. After a reveal discloses a pre-image for an address, that address is marked as expended and future commits from it are rejected. The system may store expended entries as addresses, outputs, or derived values extracted from commits/reveals.
