0191 - Change-output rotation to protect remaining assets after reveal
Summary: A protection mechanism for partial spending from an address controlled by a pre-image output. After the reveal discloses the secret for the spent output, any remaining assets are moved to a fresh output/address (e.g., O2 derived from unrevealed P2). This prevents attackers from using the newly revealed pre-image to steal the remainder and supports multi-recipient splitting including a designated remainder/change recipient.
